• 24/7 AI phone answering
• Lead capture and qualification
• Appointment scheduling
• Follow-up automation
• CRM integration

3. Subscription and Billing

Our services are offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay the monthly subscription fee as outlined in your selected plan
• Provide accurate billing information
• Notify us immediately of any billing changes

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel at any time; service will continue until the end of your current billing period.

4. Use Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any illegal purpose
• Resell or redistribute our services without written permission
• Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise our systems
• Use our services to transmit harmful or offensive content

5. Data and Privacy

We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring you have proper consent from individuals whose information you provide to our services.

6. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible. We are not liable for service interruptions caused by factors beyond our control.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and technology used in our services are the property of Quantum Agent Labs LLC. You retain ownership of your data and content processed through our services.

8. Limitation of Liability

Quantum Agent Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for services in the preceding 12 months.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Quantum Agent Labs from any claims arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to services will end at the conclusion of your current billing period. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

11. Modifications

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tulsa County, Oklahoma.
